Return Policy
If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us via email within 30 days from the date of delivery. Your request must include the order number, the email address used for the purchase, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (such as damaged items, printing defects, or products that differ substantially from the product description on our website).
After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. In approved cases, returning the defective item will not be required.
If a refund is selected, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note that refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed due to order processing.
Orders that have been shipped or have been assigned a tracking number are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
