1. Refund Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via email within 30 days from the delivery date. When submitting a refund request, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and clear images or videos showing the issue (such as damaged items, printing defects, or products that differ significantly from the product description).

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund based on your preference. In approved cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Please recheck your bank account to confirm the refund has not been received.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing delays can occur.
  • If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@daliroa.com.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as the order may already be in processing.

Orders that have been assigned a tracking number or have already been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
